3. What is the Odebrecht business philosophy?

The Odebrecht business philosophy is detailed in a book written by the founder of the company, Norberto Odebrecht, titled Survival, Growth and Perpetuity. In summary, it is a philosophy of Entrepreneurial Technology, taking people with the spirit, calling and talent to become entrepreneurs, practicing planned delegation of their leadership throughout the company, ensuring that future entrepreneurs are provided on-the-job training to develop leadership skills, and to purposely increase wealth for the company members, the company shareholders and the company's clients.

4. Is there a planned growth path for new employees?

There are many career paths available for new employees. The paths may progress through one or more of the following activities: estimating, cost engineering, scheduling, safety, quality control, project engineering, contract administration, project management and executive management.
